Since 1997, Tampa Bay Neighborhood Housing Services is responsible for having built or rehabilitated over 900 homes in the Tampa Bay region. While most of the homes that we develop are for homeownership, we do also develop affordable rental opportunities.
We are currently working on the predevelopment of 6 single family homes in Clearwater, to be built on vacant lots on the following streets:
- Roosevelt Avenue
- Pennsylvania Avenue
- LaSalle Street
- Eldridge Street

Since 1997, Tampa Bay Neighborhood Housing Service (TBNHS) has been instrumental in the development of commercial and residential projects that have benefitted the Greater Tampa Bay community. Our work includes preservation, new construction, adaptive reuse or repurpose, and mixed-use. We work with community partners, non-profits, service providers, private developers and municipalities to design and build housing that is affordable, accessible and seamlessly integrated into the local communities
